The 310,000 votes in the coming 13th general election is regarded as 'critical'.
This is because BN,the ruling coalition, had the majority in the last general election and it has come into power till now.
The oppositon must have,at least, this majority, before they can think to reach Putrajaya to rule the country.
The votes BN obtained in the 2008's 12th general election dropped 13.6%,compared to the 2004 general election. This means that BN can not afford to lose the votes if taking all the factors of the present situation into account. The most important factor is the livelihood of the poors who regard prices of their daily and essential items as 'the criterion' to elect the next government.
The common sense here is that you hear before you see. As seeing is believing, the next thing you act before you see the result.

No indication is shown in the roll 'through net search'
Despite of the registration having been done for the change of constituency ,no confirmation is shown in the electoral roll.
This was done through the agent of SPR, the Election Commission of Malaysia, several months ago.
What is wrong I do not know. I can only know that my present address stated indentity card was produced to the agent of SPR,hoping to get my change done.
No signature was required.
Later,I came to know that the change of constituency can also be done in post-office.
But in addition to the production of the IC to show the present address, the staff of post-office has to fill up specified form and having done it, the one who asks for the change of the constituency has to sign on the so called 'Borang A'.
It is unusual for the Commission to have diferent ways of changing the constutuency.
But it is not the point.
What is important is that having done it for several months no indication is shown in the roll 'through net search'.

'The invisible killer without boarder'
Get the real/the disadvantages/even the fart ,from what you have acquired and observed out of trivial.
‘The invisible killer’ is in existence immediately after Japanese devastated earthquake and tsunami.
Northeastern Japan, such as Fukushima, after the recent horrible and devastated earthquake and tsunami, is in the state of shambles, and everything seems to be urgently done but because of the helplessness, remained undone.
The dangers of radiation leakage can be undoubtedly harmful and vital to human, not confined to Japanese but to the world despite of the fact that those plants were built by Japan and no other country.
In fact, nuclear radiation leak has become the 'invisible killer without border'.
The Japanese rescue mission, confronted with the highly dangerous works entrusted to it, has to perform its duties in view of the fact that the international community has kept their eyes upon their efforts and success due to the serious consequence.
The personnel are actually 'the heroes' aimed at rescuing the lives of the earth.
They have become the bane of the so-called invisible killer in the eyes of the world in spite of the losses in life amid performance of their duties, described as 'merit shine' works.

Lack of computerized betting papers,Magnum 4D unaware of it?
It is worst for the Magnum 4D outlets to have no computerized betting papers.
I have found out that many of the poor Magnum 4D outlets in Kuala Lumpur are unable to provide or use the computerized betting papers.
Even worst, their staff do not know what is computerized betting papers.
Many times, even punters have computerized betting papers, the already marked papers, when handed to the counter-staff, were rejected because of the poor computers that can not perform their works.
Even worst, many outlets do not provide computerized betting papers for the punters.
These are the basic and simple things the Magnum 4D outlets should provide to, but they have failed to do so for a long time.
I doubt how long they have to take to solve the above problems the punters face or they just 'let it be' or 'turn their deaf ears'.

Special draws receive good-response but not a good sign
The 4D special draws have cut down the general public’s buying power in the commercial market in spite of its well-response toward the draws.
The draw-day’s long queue on Tuesday, especially at the last hour, shows that the special draws receive good response from the general public.
Special draws are being allowed for the three gaming companies now to operate their additional business for whatever reasons it may be.
Without the special draws, these three companies operate a total of 9 draws a week.
No reasonable men will consider these 9 draws are not excessive.
It is wise to cut down the 9 draws a week to 3 draws a week, i.e. each operating company gets 1 draw a week so as to maintain a more healthy economy situation without having special draws and upgrade the general public’s buying powers in order to stimulate the growth of our market.

The Penanti by-election is not a waste of resources
I view that the guts to take part in any by-election is important ‘even you predict it will be a subsequent failure’.
The by-election, in spite of its ‘small voters’, should not be taken into consideration as an excuse for not taking part.
It is the principle of accepting the democratic process all along the responsible citizens encourage.
A ruling party, with all its resources, should have the guts to see what the voters of Penanti are to decide and at less it will know what the actual verdict towards the ruling party.
It should not be viewed as a waste of resources.
Thus I say that the principle of ‘dare to fail’ has to be accepted and applied at all costs.
